Terms of Service

1. The company behind ViewPress

ViewPress ("ViewPress," "we," "us") is operated by World United Studios Limited. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ViewPress website and application (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA, 18 where required by your local law) to create a ViewPress account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@viewpress.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. The Service

ViewPress is an AI-assisted short-form video creation tool. You can generate, render, and edit videos, then connect TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts to schedule publishing through ViewPress and read back analytics for posts you publish through us. We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, integration, or connected platform; for material changes affecting paid subscribers we will provide reasonable advance notice.

4. Subscriptions, fees, and billing

Paid plans are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions auto-renew on the cadence you select (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable, including for partially used periods, except where required by law. Credits and boosters are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices and included quotas are listed at /billing and may change with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Free plans, trials, and beta features

Any free, trial, or beta features are provided "as is" and may be modified, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. We may impose usage restrictions on free or trial accounts to prevent abuse.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, generate, or publish through ViewPress ("Your Content"). You grant ViewPress a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, transcode, adapt, and distribute Your Content solely to operate the Service for you and to compute aggregate, de-identified analytics. We do not use Your Content to train AI models.

You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to upload, edit, and publish it. You agree not to use ViewPress to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise prohibited by the platforms you publish to.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from ViewPress.
• Use ViewPress to send spam, run influence operations, generate fake engagement, or impersonate others.
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or other technical or security restrictions.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, white-label, or rebrand the Service without a written agreement with us.
• Use ViewPress in violation of applicable law or trade sanctions.

8. Connected platforms and integrations

When you connect TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, you authorize ViewPress to publish content on your behalf within the scopes you grant and to fetch analytics for the posts ViewPress published. You can revoke this authorization at any time at /social-accounts or in the connected platform's own settings. You must comply with each platform's terms and community guidelines. ViewPress is not responsible for those platforms' availability, policies, moderation decisions, or changes to their APIs.

9. AI features

ViewPress uses third-party model providers to generate text, images, audio, and video. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or infringing. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before publishing it. ViewPress provides no guarantee that any generated output is original, novel, or free of third-party rights, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy or fitness of generated content.

10. Intellectual property of ViewPress

The Service, the marketing site, and all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials we provide belong to World United Studios Limited and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

11. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for any purpose, including incorporating it into the Service, without obligation or attribution.

12. Privacy and data protection

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. A Data Processing Addendum applies where required by applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time at /data-deletion or by emailing support@viewpress.ai. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create legal or security risk for ViewPress, other users, or third parties. On termination we will delete your account data within 30 days; encrypted backups roll off within an additional 90 days. Sections covering content licences, intellectual property, fees due, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that scheduled posts will be delivered on time, that analytics will be accurate, or that generated content will meet your needs.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewPress and World United Studios Limited's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or (b) USD 100. ViewPress is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

16. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify ViewPress and World United Studios Limited against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your violation of a third party's rights.

17. Newsletter and marketing communications

You may opt in to product and marketing email and unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email. Transactional and account-related emails (billing, post results, security notices) remain necessary while your account is active.

18. Cookies

ViewPress uses cookies and similar technologies as described in the Privacy Policy.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect 14 days after we post them or notify you, whichever is later. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, save that ViewPress may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you are located or where infringement of its intellectual property is occurring.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

21. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any addenda we expressly incorporate, constitute the entire agreement between you and ViewPress regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
